By creating a user profile and by using Afton Ticket Inc.'s services, you expressly authorize Afton Tickets, Inc. to cause to be delivered to you on your cell phone number and/or landline provided above ticket or event related communication, event or ticket reminders, event ticketing related communications, advertisements, alerts about other events, or telemarketing messages using an automatic dialing telephone dialing system. This authorization is provided regardless of whether your telephone number appears on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. You understand that your consent to be contacted does not require you to purchase goods or services and that standard cellular rates may apply.
You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages (e.g. cart reminders, event reminders, event time/date changes, other event alerts) from Afton Tickets and from the event organizer that produced the event that you purchased tickets for, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Afton Tickets and our event organizer clients reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Afton Tickets and our event organizer clients also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Afton Tickets, its event organizer clients, service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you have consented to receive text messages from Afton Tickets, you may receive messages related to the following:
Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming demo with Afton Tickets. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from (Brand Name) at any time."
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 1 SMS messages per week related to your Demo. Example: "Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Afton Tickets in the following ways:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
If You are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, You must submit Your notice in writing to the attention of our copyright agent via email at support@aftontickets.com and include in Your notice a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing Your copyright.
You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

Upon receipt of a notification, the Company will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Service.
The Company may use copyrighted material which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. The Company is making such material available for criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.
The Company believes this constitutes a "fair use" of any such copyrighted material as provided for in section 107 of the United States Copyright law.
If You wish to use copyrighted material from the Service for your own purposes that go beyond fair use, You must obtain permission from the copyright owner.
